摘要 温度对化学键合相色谱保留行为有影响,一般可用适当升高分离温度的方法,降低流动相的粘度,提高柱效率。但是,提高温度后会使容量因子和选择性降低。 Auto-temperature-control system was designed to reduce the temperature of the column. The range of controllable temperatures is from - 2 to 30℃-We have proved that it is possible to improve the selectivity by lowering the temperature of the ODS column. The pseudouridine in urine was not separated from the unknown substance at room temperature on ODS column , but it can be separated when the temperature was lowered to <5℃. Although the pressure of the column increased a little it was within the limits of the instrument.
