摘要
利用高效液相色谱手性固定相直接分离对映异构体是近十年才发展起来的新型方法,目前正在得到越来越广泛的应用。作者曾利用L-氨基酸-叔丁酰胺类(TBVS和TBILS)以及β-环糊精类(β-CD)手性固定相直接拆分了一些含磷手性中心及一些含碳、磷两手性中心的化合物对映体。
A new HPLC chiral stationary phase-(R)-N-(3, 5-dinitrobenzyl) phenylglycine chemically bonded silica ( DNBP) was used to separate some organophosphorous compounds containing chiral phosphorous center, such as, phosphonamidates, phosphonothioamidates , phosphonodiates and phos-phonothiodiates. The substituents in these compounds have a great influence on the separation. The mechanism of resolution is discussed.
