茶叶中的咖啡碱含量约为干物质的1~5%,它不仅在茶叶的化学成分中是特征物质,也是茶叶区别于其它植物而成为饮料的主要原因。Kranz认为饮茶所引起的药理作用,主要是基于咖啡碱刺激肾脏能缓慢地利尿,维生素C(Vc)
This paper deals with a method of simultaneous determination of vitamin C, gallic acid and caffeine in tea by reversed-phase HPLC. The conditions are: uBondapak C18,3. 9mm i. d. ×300mm co-lumn; methanol: water=50 : 50 as mobile phase. The average recoveries of vitamin C. gallic acid and caffeine are 96. 4%, 98. 5% and 97. 8% respectively. The ranges of CV% in different tea samples are vitamin C 1. 15-5. 07% , gallic acid 2. 73-5. 21% and caffeine 2. 08 -4. 21%.
