摘要
目的 观察D 半乳糖衰老模型与正常小鼠之间衰老指标的差别。方法 采用D 半乳糖sc造成衰老小鼠模型 ,测定脑组织Ca2 + 含量、Ca2 + ATP酶 (钙泵 )、Na+ ATP酶 (钠泵 )、NO和AngII胰岛素 (ISN)活性。 结果 D 半乳糖衰老模型小鼠与对照组比较脑组织Ca2 + 含量 (P <0 .0 1 )、NO水平 (P <0 .0 5 )明显增加 ;Ca2 + ATP酶、Na+ ATP酶活性下降 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,胰岛素、AngII水平明显下降 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,Zn2 + /Cu2 + 比值有显著性差异。结论 D 半乳糖衰老模型小鼠与正常小鼠之间在组织Ca2 + 含量、Ca2 + ATP酶 (钙泵 )、Na+ ATP酶 (钠泵 )、NO、AngII和胰岛素活性有显著性差异 ,Zn2 + /Cu2 + 比值下降 ,可作为抗衰老药物研究的模型。
OBJECTIVE To study the in dices difference of senile mouse model induced by D-galactose and normal mouse.METHOD Senile mouse model was induced by injecting subcutaneously D-galactose. The content of Ca 2+, Ca 2+-Mg 2+-ATP ase, Na+-K+-ATP ase, NO, AngII and insulin(ISN) in brain were determined.RESULTS Compared with the normal, the content of Ca 2+ and NO in brain were increased (P<0.05;P<0.01) and Ca 2+-Mg 2+-ATP ase, Na+-K+-ATP ase, AngII and ISN were decreased(P<0.01) in senile mouse model. And there existed obvious difference in the ratio of Zn 2+/Cu 2+ and immunologic function.CONCLUSION There existed obvious difference in the content of Ca 2+, Ca 2+-Mg 2+-ATP ase, Na+-K+-ATP ase, NO, AngII and insulin(ISN) in brain and the ratio of Zn 2+/Cu 2+,immunologic function between the senile mouse model and normal. These indices can be new indices in tissue of senile model.
