摘要
分析了大型脉冲填料塔应用于反应萃取塔设计的技术难点 ,以己内酰胺生产装置中环己酮肟化反应为基础 ,建立了反应萃取耦合填料塔的计算方法 ,对反应和萃取耦合塔进行了初步设计 ,提出了优化反应器结构。
This article analyzes the difficulties in the design of using large pulse packing column as reactionextraction column. The calculation method for reaction extraction coupling packing column is established based on the cyclohexanone oximation reaction in caprolactam plant. The preliminary design for reaction and extraction coupling column has been carried out. This article also puts forward the method on optimizing the reactor structure and increasing the extraction reaction efficiency using high efficient packing material.
