利用硅灰石制备超细白炭黑工艺实践

摘要 文章介绍了使用盐酸和某种强酸为复合酸,PEG等为复合分散剂,以硅灰石为原料,用溶胶-凝胶法制备超细白炭黑的方法。通过透射电镜(TEM)、X-射线荧光光谱、X-射线衍射仪(XRD)和孔隙率测定仪等手段检测了产品的性能,产品粒子为球状,产品粒径小于100nm,SiO2含量大于99%,孔隙孔径为18nm。该方法工业化生产二氧化硅粉体有明显优点。 This paper introduced the sol-gel method of producing ultrafine silica powders with hydrochloric and another acid as the mixed-acid, wollastonite as the raw materials, PEG and another disperser as the compounding disperser. The performances of the product have been studied by TEM, XRD, the X-ray fluorescence spectrum and the determining apparatus of hole-rate. The particle of products is spheroid, the diameter of particle is <100nm, the content of SiO2 is more than 99%, and the diameter of hole is 18nm.This process of producing silica nanometer powders for industrialization has the obvious advantages.
