摘要
简要介绍了可用于聚合物加工领域的CAE软件ANSYS、POLYFLOW和MOLDFLOW,就它们的功能、整体结构、建模及导入、网格生成、求解、后处理等方面的共同点和差异进行了比较分析。采用两种软件对同一问题进行了流动模拟,并对比分析了这些结果以加深对不同软件特性的把握,对正确选择分析软件,解决工程实际问题具有参考意义。
Three different CAE softwares ANSYS,POLYFLOW and MOLDFLOW are introduced.And the resemblances and differences on the function,general structure,modeling,meshing,solving,and post-process are compared and analysed respectively.A simplified flow instance solved by two softwares was represented for analysis flow qualities in the compressing section of extrusion tube die to figure out the differences between different simulating softwares.The mentioned work is helpful for choosing CAE software when simulating the extrusion in real work.
