哺乳动物的性别决定是一个多基因参与的调控过程,其直接的应用生长点为性别控制。近年来性别决定原理和性别控制方法的研究中取得了可喜的成就。本文就家畜性别决定机制、性别控制方法以及在畜牧业中的应用与展望作一综述。
The sexuality of mammal was determined by a series of genes. It is directly applied in animal husbandry through sex control. In recent years, this technology achieved gratifying advancements. The mechanism and means of sex determination and the application of them in future stockbreeding were discussed in this article.
