摘要
根据 2 0 0 2年 6月~ 2 0 0 3年 9月黄海中南部水域鱼的调查资料 ,分析了产卵、索饵和越冬期鱼体能值的季节变化以及精巢和卵巢能值的变化情况。产卵期 (5~ 7月 )、索饵期 (8~ 10月 )和越冬期 (11~ 1月 )鱼能值的变动情况反应了性腺发育状况。卵巢能值和精巢能值的季节变化趋势相似。幼鱼和成年鱼能值的季节变化趋势相似 ,但各个月份幼鱼能值均比成鱼低。鱼体能值从越冬期到产卵前期变化很大 ,达 4 0 %~ 5 0 % ,这主要由脂肪含量变化引起。湿重丰满度系数比干重丰满度系数估算鱼体能值准确度差。
Based on the surveys of anchovy in the central and Southern waters of the Yellow Sea from June 2002 to September 2003, seasonal variations in energy content of whole body of anchovy in wintering, feeding and spawning periods were analyzed and also seasonal changes in energy content in testes and ovaries were analyzed. Anchovy of all stages of maturity exhibited an annual cycle with energy content in spawning (May~July), feeding (August~October) and wintering (November~January) periods. Seasonal variations in energy content for testes were similar to those of ovary. Seasonal variations in energy content for juveniles were similar to those of adult anchovy, but energy contents in each month for juveniles were lower than those corresponding ones for adult anchovy. Seasonal changes in whole body energy content varied from 40% to 50% for anchovy from wintering to pre-spawning period, and this was mainly induced by seasonal changes in fat content.To estimate the energy content of whole body by wet weight condition factor was not preciser than that by dry weight condition factor.
