为读者服务是图书馆的核心价值观,现代企业的实践表明,"服务"已成为企业价值创造的五种基本活动之一。图书馆实施服务导向,须在宏观政策导向、管理体制、服务理念和职业教育等方面进行改革创新。
The central value of libraries is to serve for readers. That fulfillments of modern enterprises have shown that services have become one of the five basic activities that creates enterprise value. This paper discusses the necessity that libraries introduce the strategy of economic fields , analyzes the meanings of service guidance and the role of its value, and proposes libraries must reform and innovate in the aspects such as macro-policy, management system, service idea and vocational education to meet such demand.
