摘要 文中提出一种简便的闭环系统辨识算法和内模控制系统的设计方法。该方法便于在DCS上用组态来实现 ,使DCS的PID控制算法方便地转换为IMC PID鲁棒控制算法 ,该系统几乎免维修 ,控制速度快 ,鲁棒性很好。该方法还使闭环辨识算法与IMC PID鲁棒控制器设计结合起来 ,形成一个软件包 ,将它用于常减压蒸馏装置上 ,使控制系统性能与鲁棒性大为提高 ,取得很好的控制效果。 A method for the process model identification in a closed-loop is presented and a design approach of IMC-PID in terms of robust stability and robust performance is developed. The algorithm of IMC-PID is implemented in DCS via module configuration. It promotes robust stability and the robust performance of PID. Its control action is very quick and the system is maintenance-free. As its application a software for the process model identification in the closed-loop and the design of IMC-PID is developed. Applying this system to an atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit,the result is perfect.
