摘要 采用Na2 O·nSiO2 与CO2 为原料 ,加入丙三醇 ,用非离子表面活性剂聚乙二醇作为分散剂 ,制备出了和气相法接近的高分散超细二氧化硅粉末。用三甲基一氯硅烷 (CTMS) ,二甲基二氯硅烷 (DCDMS)改性沉淀二氧化硅 ,并对改性后样品的密度、吸油值、硅羟基含量进行了测定 ,用TEM、激光粒度分析仪、红外以及BET法对其进行了表征。 Highly dispersed silica powders near to the qualities of fumed silicas were obtained using the precipitation technique with sodium metasilicate solution and carbon dioxide. The glycerol solution was used in the precipitation process. The surfactants were used as the dispersant.Then the precipitated silicas were modified with trimethylchlorosilane and dimethyldichlorosilane. The structure and physical properties of SiO 2 powders were characterized by TEM, particle size analyzing machine, IR and BET methods.
