摘要
通过光学显微镜和扫描电镜观察了山东Viola属20种、亚种的花粉超微结构,探讨了花粉特征的分类意义,研究揭示了各个种花粉粒的大小、形状、萌发孔沟类型及表面纹饰等特征,是研究该属分类的新资料。
In this paper the pollen morphology of 20 species and subspecies of Viola from shandong Province are examined under LM and SEM, and its taxonomic significance is discussed. The results show that the pollen morphological characters, such as the size and shape of the pollen grains, types of germinal pore and ornamentation, are of the new data in the taxonomic study of this genus.
