摘要
为了在特定曲面上构造自由曲线,提出了一个嵌入式Hermit样条曲线方法,在要求的特定曲面上,由被构造曲线的端点条件,在曲面的两个参变量之间建立了一个Hermit样条函数,嵌入到构造曲线的单参数变量中,由此得到了在特定曲面上满足首尾端点条件的光滑曲线.引用以上原理,对数控加工中的错齿刀刃的成形进行了计算和仿真,解决了刀具制造中此类工程实际问题.推导过程简洁,计算方法可靠,此方法具有通用性.
In order to construct a free-form curve on a particular surface,an embedded Hermit-spline curve is established in the present study.According to the given conditions of endpoints at the constructed curve on the particular surface,a Hermit-spline function is established for two variable parameters of surface.The function is embedded in the single variable parameter of constructed curve so that fairing curve is obtained on the particular surface.The above hypothesis is cited in NC manufacture of interlaced cutting edges.The result of calculation and simulation indicates that the validity of the proposed hypothesis,in addition,its application could solve the practical problems in cutter manufacture.The process of constructing the curve is simple,reliable and has the potential to be widely applicable.
