摘要
为观察清脂灵胶囊治疗高脂血症的临床疗效,将 296例患者随机分为治疗组 (清脂灵胶囊 ) 152例和对照组(血脂康胶囊)144例,疗程 10w。结果:治疗组血脂总有效率为 85%,与对照组比较无明显差异(P>0 .05);治疗组TC、TG较治疗前显著降低(P<0. 01,P<0. 05),对照组TC较治疗前显著降低(P<0. 05),但两组间无显著差异(P>0. 05)。结论:清脂灵胶囊是一种安全的、疗效可靠的、适合长期服用的降血脂药物,值得临床进一步推广使用。
To observe the clinical efficacy of “Qingzhiling Capsule” in the treatment of hyperlipidemia, 296 cases were randomized into two groups: treatment group in which 152 cases were treated with “Qingzhiling Capsule” and control group in which 144 cases were treated with “Xue Zhi Kang”. Results: The total effective rate was 85% in treatment group, with no difference in comparison with that in control group (P>0.05); in treatment group, TC and TG fell obviously (P<0.01, P<0.05) after treatment, while in control group, only TC decreased obviously (P<0.05), with no difference between two groups (P>0 05). It is concluded that “Qingzhiling Capsule” is a safe and reliable drug for hyperlipidemia.
