讨论了保质设计思想指导下的产品开发设计策略,并以产品开发设计的关键阶段——概念设计为对象,进一步研究了产品概念设计决策过程,建立了产品概念设计方案的评价指标体系和基于模糊优选理论的决策模型.
Design for quality(DFQ) is a new product design method that considers synthetically the factors influencing product quality in the product design phase. It takes the insurance and management of quality into the product design process. Firstly the product design strategy with DFQ guidance is discussed. Then the decision-making process of a product's conceptual design is described aiming at conceptual design——a crucial phase in product design. Finally an evaluation index system of a product's conceptual design scheme and a decision-making model based on the fuzzy selection theory are established.
