摘要
研究了浸泡时间和浸泡温度对木鱼石袋泡茶金属元素浸出量的影响,实验结果表明最佳条件为水温100℃,时间1小时。利用ICP-AES和AAS法测定了木鱼石消化液和浸泡液(经滤纸过滤)中金属元素的含量,结果表明:木鱼石含有铁、铜、锌、锶、硅等微量元素,其中铁的含量最高,对人体有害的元素铅、镉、汞等未检出。实验结果提示,饮用木鱼石袋茶,对正常膳食中摄入量不足的部分微量元素是有益的补充。
The sacked lea of Limonite was soaked with distilled water in different conditions which will infect the amound of chemical elements soaked from Limonite. The results shows that the best soaked condition is lO0℃ and Ih. The amount of elements in digestive juice (HNQj) and soaked liquid (filtrated by filter paper) from Limonite were analysed with AAS and ICP-AES. The results shows that there are many elements such as Fe、Cu、Zn、Sr、Si in Limonite and Fe is the most of them. Some elements harmful to human such as Pb、Cd、Hg are not detected at all.
