摘要
对24例急性非淋巴细胞白血病缓解后采用 HD—Ara—C强化治疗,结果中数缓解期为15个月,中数生存期20个月,有14例(58.3%)仍处于 CR。其中20%的患者无病生存期超过40个月。
Twenty—four patients with ANLL after complete remission were treated by HD—Ara— C.The results showed that the median durations of remission were 15 months,median dura- tions of survival were 20 months.Fourteen cases of them are still in complete remisson.The disease—free survivaI of more than 40 months was 20%.
