摘要
文章介绍了多酚氧化酶反应产物邻醌的吸收光谱和酶测定反应的动力学分析,确定了邻醌的最高吸收光谱和酶测定的适宜参数。这一测定方法与原方法[1]相比,提高了多酚氧化酶测定的准确性、重复性和可比性,使灵敏度提高了5倍。
This paper introduced absorption spectrum of o-quinone and kinetics curve of polyphenol oxidase reaction, the wavelength of maximum absorbance spectrum and the suitable parameters were selected for the measurement of polyphenol oxidase reaction. This method enhanced the accuracy, reproducibility and comparability for the polyphenol oxidase measurement and sensitivity enhanced five-fold with original method.
