颈动脉超声对动脉粥样硬化性疾病的研究进展 被引量:84

摘要 颈动脉超声是一种安全、有效、非侵入性评价临床及亚临床动脉粥样硬化的一种检测手段。大量研究证实颈动脉内膜 中膜厚度 (IMT)与冠状动脉粥样硬化的出现密切相关 ,而且IMT增厚是冠心病事件、脑卒中和短暂性脑缺血的独立危险因素。有经验实验室精细的颈动脉超声检查及IMT测值能作为动脉粥样硬化性疾病特别是心血管病事件的替代指标。 Carotid ultrasound is a safe,noninvasive,and relatively inexpensive means of assessing clinical and subclinical atherosclerosis.Evidence substantiates that IMT correlates with the presence of coronary atherosclerosis and represents in independent risk factor for coronary heart disease events,stroke and transient cerebral ischemia.Careful carotid ultrasound examination and IMT measurement performed by an experienced laboratory can provide a useful surrogate marker for atherosclerotic disease likely to eventuate in cardiovascular morbid events.
