摘要
镇海炼化公司利用闲置重整预加氢装置,采用中国石化石油化工科学研究院研发的非贵金属RSS-1A催化剂,将溴价[m(Br2)/m(抽余油)]约为0.165的连续重整抽余油加氢精制为溴价小于3×10-3的溶剂油,适宜工艺条件为:加氢温度240℃,高压分离器压力1.5MPa,空速3~4h-1。工业标定结果表明,降低原料油干点和操作空速对降低溶剂油产品烯烃含量有利。
The reformed raffinate oil was hydrofined using the non–noble metal catalyst RSS–1A. The bromine value of the hydrofined raffinate oil decreased from 0.165 to 3×10^(-3). The optimal conditions were hydrogenation temperature 240 ℃,pressure of high pressure separator 1.5 MPa,space velocity 3~4 h^(-1). The results of industrial standardization showed that the decrease of dry point of raw oil and space velocity was favourable to the decrease of olefine content in the solvent oil.
