摘要
考察了不同改性剂及其用量对针状硅酸盐 (FS)表面改性和FS/橡胶复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明 ,FS存在结构羟基 ,其中一些羟基具有化学反应活性。硅烷偶联剂、钛酸酯偶联剂和十六烷基三甲基溴化铵对FS具有较好的改性效果。硅烷偶联剂Si 6 9改性FS增强效果最好 ,其最佳用量为 2 4质量份 ;改性FS用量的增加改善了复合材料的力学性能 ;改性FS对丁苯橡胶、三元乙丙橡胶、丁腈橡胶、羧基丁腈橡胶具有良好的增强效果。
Effects of the type and the amount of the modification agent on fibrillar silicate (FS) surface modification and mechanical properties of FS/rubber composites were studied. The results showed that structural hydroxyls existed on FS and some of those were active. The silane coupling agent, titanate coupling agent and cetyl trimethylammmonium bromide had better modification effect on FS. Silane coupling agent Si 69 modified FS exhibited the best reinforcing effect, and the optimum Si 69 loading was 2.4 phr. Moreover, mechanical properties of the composites increased with the increase loading of modified FS. Modified FS had good reinforcing effect on SBR,EPDM,NBR and CNBR.
