摘要
建立了过盈联接的概率模型,研究了过盈量、结合直径和结合长度对过盈联接可靠性的影响。研究结果表明,结合直径的减小将使最大极限过盈量减小,结合长度的减小将使最小极限过盈量增加,两者都将降低配合系统的工作可靠性。提出了正态分布情况下三参数过盈联接可靠性设计的一般方法,并对过盈联接可靠性设计中的一些特殊情况进行了探讨,提出了处理策略。
Probability mathematical model of interference fit was derived and the reliability of interference fit was analyzed thoroughly, It is known that diameter reduction of the fit will reduce breaking magnitude of interference and length reduction of the fit will increase least magnitude of the interference essential for transmission, both of them will drop reliability of the interference fit. On the basis of thorough research, a general method of three parameter reliability design for the interference fit is introduced, some special circumstances in reliability design for the interference fit are comprehensively analyzed and effective measures to improve the reliability are given.
