摘要
金属氧化物避雷器的关键部件为氧化锌电阻片。由于氧化锌电阻片易与空气中的潮气反应,使其残压值下降,导致避雷器保护性能变差。籍此,选择一种玻璃来填充瓷套与氧化锌电阻片之间的间隙,达到密封的目的。试验结果表明:在PbO-B2O3-SiO2系统为主体的玻璃中加入少量的添加剂和填料,可以达到瓷套与氧化锌电阻片之间的匹配和封接的目的。
The essential part of metal oxide arrester is ZnO varistor,which easily suffers from air humidity ingress leading to decline of discharge voltage and degradation of protection performance of MOA.Hence a sealing glass is selected to filling the gap between the porcelain housing and ZnO varistors to get it sealed.The experiment result shows that the glass with matrix of PbO-B_2O_3-SiO_2 system doped with a few additives and filler matches well with porcelain and ZnO varistors,making a good sealing.
