摘要
目的 探讨加压螺纹钉加带臀中肌蒂大转子骨块移植治疗青壮年股骨颈骨折的方法和疗效。方法 采用加压螺纹钉内固定加带臀中肌蒂骨块移植治疗青壮年股骨颈骨折 4 7例。结果 术后随访 2年～ 5年 2个月 ,平均时间 3年 5个月 ,所有病例骨折均达到解剖复位 ,无骨不连发生 ,发生股骨头缺血性坏死 2例 ,手术治疗优良率达 91 5 %。结论 该术式能提高青壮年股骨颈骨折的愈合率 ,避免发生骨不连和股骨头缺血性坏死等严重并发症。
Objective To study the method and effect of the treatment of femoral neck fractures in young and middle aged adults with pedicled bone flap transposition of gluteus medius muscle and compression screw fixation. Methods 47 cases of femoral neck fractures in young and middle aged adults were treated by pedicled bone flap transposition of gluteus medius muscle and compression screw fixation. Results All cases were following up for 2 years to 5 years and 2 months, the average time is 3 years and 5 months.The femoral neck fractures have been repositioned anatomically, there was no bone nonunion, there were two cases suffered ischemic necrosis of femoral head. The excellent rates of operation is 91.5%.Conclusions The technique can improve the healing of the femoral neck fractures in the young and middle aged adults and reduce complications in bone nonunion and in ischemic necrosis of femoral head.
