摘要
本文着重研究了烟草与药用植物科间杂交种的各世代染色体数目的变化,主要农艺性状的变异。此项研究是结合培育含有医药成份的新型烟草品种而进行的。杂种 F_1——F_6细胞染色体呈杂合状态,但有的杂种随世代进展。烟草染色体数目 N=24的比例,逐代增加。其主要农艺性状与烟草相似。个别性状倾向药用植物亲本,只有部份性状产生变异。杂种后代含医药成份及烟草固有化学成份。培育的品种,已在生产上应用,并取得了一定的社会效益和经济效益。经文献检索、利用烟草与药用植物进行科间有性杂交,培育出新型烟草,国内外尚无先例。
This paper was concerned primarily with the variation of the number of chromosome and the agronomic char- acter of the hybrid of various generations of tobacco and medical plant This studddy was intended to breed some new type of variety of tobacco which contains some medical component.The chromosome of F_1—F_6 generations appears in a zygote state,but in some hybrid,the percentage of tobacco chromosome(n=24)increased with the development of generations,the main agronomic character is similar to tobacco.Some particular character tends to the medical parent and only a part of the character varied.The hybrid descendent contains medical component and proper tobacco component,The strains so bred have been already put in practice and make a lot of social and eco- nomic benefit,survey of relcvent literature showed that this topic,namely,through cross—hrceding between fami- lies of tobacco and medical plant to breed new type of tobacco,has never been done both at home and abroad.
