甜椒雄性不育两用系过氧化物酶同工酶研究 被引量:12

摘要 以克山大辣椒雄性不育两用系、同丰37及二者杂交后代 F_1~F_4为材料,在成株期取其花药、子房、叶片进行过氧化物酶同工酶分析。结果表明:(1)甜椒雄性可育株与雄性不育株的过氧化物酶同工酶谱在不同器官上表现不同,在子房、叶片的酶谱上无明显差异,而在花药的酶谱上表现出较大差异,并呈现一定的规律性变化。(2)同一生长时期的不同器官,其酶谱存在差异,显示了各自的特异性,主要表现为酶带数目不同。(3)亲本间及不同世代间,在叶片的同工酶谱上表现有差异。酶带型的变化规律与育种结果是一致的。 The anthers,ovaries and leaves from pepper plants of the Keshan male sterile line, the variety Tong Feng 37 and their crosses(F_1—F_4 generation)were sampled and examined for their electrophoretograms of peroxidase isozymes by PAGE technique.The results were as fol- lows:(1)No significant differences of isozymegrams in ovaries and leaves were observed between male sterile and fertile plants,while in anthers,two isozyme bands appeared to be consistently associated with male fertility.(2)At the same stage,different organs exhibited specific peroxidase isozyme patterns.There are 9 isozyme bands in anthers,11 in ovaries and 13 in leaves.(3)The two parents showed different isozyme patterns in leaves.The higher the backcross generation were,the more similiar to the recurrent parents the progenies showed in leaf isozyme patterns.
