摘要
同步整流技术是采用通态电阻极低的功率 MOSFET 来取代整流二极管,因此能大大降低整流器的损耗,提高 DC/DC 变换器的效率,满足低压、大电流整流的需要。首先介绍了同步整流的基本原理,然后重点阐述同步整流式 DC/DC 电源变换器的设计。
The technology of synchronous rectification is to replace the rectifying diode with powder MOSFET that has very low turn-on resistance,so it can decrease the dissipation of rectifier greatly,improve the efficiency of DC/DC converter and meet the needs of low-voltage,large current rectification.The basic principle of synchronous rectification is introduced at first,and then the design of synchrouons rectification DC/DC converter is represent in detail.
