摘要
研究了异噻唑啉酮在海水中的灭藻效应,确定了其对于代表性藻类的浓度-反应关系,并且对其进行了生物毒性试验。根据试验结果采用概率单位法进行数据处理,得出异噻唑啉酮对卤虫无节幼体96 h的半致死浓度(LC50)为10.4 mg/L,并对剂量反应方程进行x2检验,结果表明符合精度要求,计算出的96h-LC50真实可靠。该杀生剂在低浓度下对海洋单细胞藻类有较高的杀灭效应,而且生物毒性较小,是比较适合化学法处理船舶压载水的杀生剂。
This paper dealt with the efficacy of isothiazo lintone to kill unicellular algae in the seawater by examining the dose-response relationship between isothiazo lintone and unicellular algae. The toxicity of isothiazo lintone for nauplii of Artemia sallina was further examined. 96h-LC50 of Isothiazo lintone on inhibition of the growth of Artemia sallina was calculated as 10.4mg/L respectively using the method of the probability unit. The results from the x2 test of the dose-response equation showed that 96h-LC50 calculated was precise and credible. It was found that Isothiazo lintone could effectively kill the unicellular algae at the low concentration while it has low toxicity for nauplii of Artemia sallina at available concentration. So Isothiazo lintone can be used to treat the ballast water, but the further research is required.
