In order to provide geological environment basis for the prevention and cure of endemic diseases, the paper analyses the relationships between endemic diseases and landforms, geological structure, rocks, soils, and hydrogeology of geological environment. The paper also discusses the connections between the occurring of endemic diseases and the landforms, geological structure, rocks, soils, and hydrogeology of geological environment.
