摘要
基于机器人运动学原理 ,利用齐次坐标变换理论以一台立式加工中心为研究对象 ,建立了包含 2 1项误差的数控机床误差模型。同时以CAD/CAM技术为平台建立加工中心误差工艺数据库 ,再通过工艺决策及程序实现对加工中心误差的识别及自动调整等 ,从而控制加工工件误差、提高产品质量。所建立的误差模型及分析方法可推广应用到其它多轴数控机床及相关领域。
Based on Kinematics of robotic motion, using homogeneous coordinate transformation, it presents a model of 21 geometric errors of a vertical machining-center, and set up process database of geometric errors for machining-center based on CAD/CAM technology, and then, realizes identification and adjustment through process decision and computer program to control geometric errors and improve the quality of products. The given model can be applied in other numerical control machines and relevant fields.
