摘要
城市客运换乘枢纽是城市客运交通系统中的一个重要组成部分,其服务效率的优劣将直接影响到城市交通的运行效率。本文从定性和定量两个方面入手,建立了切实可行的客运换乘枢纽评价指标体系,引入多目标灰关联评价模型,对城市客运换乘枢纽的服务效率进行了有效性评价分析,通过对评价结果的分析及对比,可对换乘枢纽的规划、布局、换乘衔接、交通组织等方面存在的问题进行有针对性的改善。通过在实际工程中的应用表明,该模型在评价客运换乘枢纽效率的过程中具有较强的可操作性。
Urban passenger transfer hub is an important part of urban passenger transport system, so its service level will affect the efficiency of urban transportation. Based on these, a feasible evaluation index system for passenger transfer hub is established from quality and quantity. Then an operational effectiveness analysis is advanced to evaluate the service efficiency of urban passenger transfer hub by applying grey relationship multi-criteria appraising model. By contrast with evaluation results, transfer hub questions existed in plan, layout, transfer join and traffic organization can be found and ameliorated. The application result shows that the established model is more operational in evaluating the efficiency of urban passenger transfer hub.
