摘要
对 2 ,3 环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵 (ETA)的结构和性质及以ETA和玉米淀粉为原料合成阳离子淀粉的方法进行了简要介绍。同时讨论了醚化剂用量和碱的用量对取代度和反应效率的影响 ,确定了合成阳离子淀粉反应的最佳碱催化剂用量为 1%。最后对ETA和阳离子淀粉在油田化学品 ,如钻井液处理剂、油田水处理剂、粘土稳定剂以及其他方面的一些应用性能进行了评价。
The structure and property of 2,3 epoxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, and the method of synthesizing cationic starch based on ETA and cornstarch are introduced in brief. Meanwhile, the dosages of etherification agent and alkali influencing on degree of substitution and reaction efficiency are discussed. The optimal alkali catalyst dosage (1%) is determined in the process of preparing cationic starch. Finally, the application of ETA and cationic starch in the oil field chemicals, namely oil based drilling fluid treatment agent, water treatment agent in oil field, clay fixing agent and other uses are evaluated.
