摘要
以大肠杆菌为模型生物,用微量热法研究了镉对大肠杆菌生长代谢作用的影响,并与比浊法进行了比较。实验表明2种方法结果相近,镉可抑制大肠杆菌的生长,而且镉的浓度越高,对大肠杆菌生长代谢的抑制作用越强。微量热法较传统的比浊法具有独到之处,对于了解镉的生物效应及其对细胞作用的生理特征具有重要的意义。
Escherichia coli was used as an experimental object. The action of cadmium on the growth of escherichia coli was studied by microcalorimetry and absorbency. The results revealed that the growth rate of escherichia coli decreased with increasing concentration of Cd. The two experiments indicated that Cd could inhibit the growth of escherichia coli. Comparing with the absorbency method, microcalorimetry is a new technique with advantages like high sensitivity and automaticity.
