摘要
目的 :观察中药甲亢宁胶囊对甲亢大鼠模型的治疗作用。方法 :用甲状腺素片饲服的方法制作大鼠甲亢模型 ,将大鼠随机分成 7组 :正常对照组、空白对照组、甲亢宁 3.0g kg组、甲亢宁1.5g kg组、甲亢宁 0 .75g kg组、甲亢宁加他巴唑 1.2 5mg kg组和他巴唑组 ,14d后测定血清三碘甲腺原氨酸 (T3 )、甲状腺素 (T4)、促甲状腺激素 (TSH)含量及血浆心钠素 (ANP)水平。结果 :甲亢宁能降低甲亢大鼠血清T3 、T4含量及血浆ANP水平 ,提高血清TSH水平 ,对其体重降低有一定抑制作用。结论 :甲亢宁胶囊能有效降低实验性甲亢大鼠的甲状腺激素和心钠素水平。
Object:To evaluate the effectiveness of JiaKangNing capsule on hyperthyroid rats.Methods:After prepared as the model of hyperthyroid rats by using thyroid tab,the rats were randomized to seven groups:The normal rats group,the control group,the JiaKangNing suspension 3.0g/kg,1.5g/kg,0.75g/kg groups respectively,the JiaKangNing plus MMI 1.25mg/kg group,the MMI group.After 14 days the rats' serum T 3,T 4,TSH and plasma ANP were examined.Results:The serum T 3,T 4 and plasma ANP of hyperthyroid rats is lowered by JiaKangNing,and JiaKangNing can reduce the weight of rats.Conclusion:JiaKangNing capsule can effectively reduce the thyroid and ANP of hyperthyroid rats.
