摘要
目的 :探索经线区皮内微血管网络的生理特性。方法 :在用针灸经络定位仪严格确定定位的基础上 ,利用激光多普勒微循环血流仪测定、记录同一经线不同部位、同一断面不同经线、经线与非经线区皮内微血管的活动。结果 :①经线区皮内的微血管网络具有同步舒缩的特性 ,而非经区皮内微血管间的舒缩活动无同步性 ;②同一经线不同部位皮内微血管网络的舒缩活动具有基本一致的频率 ;③不同经线间皮内微血管网络的舒缩活动具有不同的频率 ;④左右侧同名经的皮内微血管网络的舒缩活动频率基本一致。结论 :体表经络的实质是皮内呈有序态的微血管网络。
Objective:To probe into the physiological characteristic of the meshwork of micrangium in meridian areas inside skin.Methods:Firstly,fixing the acupuncture point exactlyby the instrument of Acupuncture Meridiam Locator.Then,using the Laser Doppler Flowmeter,we measurated and recorded the activities of dermal micrangium in different sections of the same meridian,in different meridians of the same section,and in between meridians and non meridians.Results:①The meshwork of micrangium in meridian sections relaxed and contracted simultaneously,while in non meridian sections not.②The dermal meshworks of micrangium in different parts of the same meridian relaxed and contracted at the same rates.③The dermalmeshworks of micrangium in different meridian relaxed and contracted at difierent rates.④There were the same rate of relaxation and contraction between the dermal meshworks of micrangium inmeridian in the sinister part of the body and that in the dexter part.Conclusions:The essence of peripherala meridians was orderly meshwork of micrangium in the skin.
