黄芪注射液对大鼠脑出血灶周围区内胶质细胞纤维酸性蛋白表达的影响 被引量:19

摘要 目的 :为了探讨黄芪对脑出血后星形胶质细胞反应的影响 .方法 :大鼠纹状体内注入胶原酶造模 ,采用免疫组织化学ABC法观察黄芪治疗组和生理盐水对照组出血区胶质细胞纤维酸性蛋白 (GFAP)在出血后不同时间点的表达 .结果 :脑出血后 12h出血灶周围区GFAP免疫阳性反应很强(398± 6 ) /mm2 ,黄芪可使GFAP免疫阳性反应减轻 [(36 8± 3) /mm2 ,P <0 .0 5 ];至脑出血后 72hGFAP表达减弱 (342± 5 ) /mm2 ,黄芪可使其增强 [(35 2± 4 ) /mm2 ,P <0 .0 5 ].结论 :黄芪对脑出血后星形胶质细胞的调节作用可能与脑出血损伤后神经功能的恢复有关 . AIM: To study the effects of Radix Astragali injection on glial reaction in and around cerebral hemorrhagic area. METHODS: Collagenase was injected into the stratum of the rat to produce a bleeding. Immunohistochemical ABC method was used to study the expressions of glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP), a marker for astrocyte, in the rat brain at different time points in Radix Astragali group and control group after intracerebral hemorrhage. RESULTS: There were more densely distributed GFAP-immunoreactive cells (398±6)/mm 2 around the blood clot 12 h after collagenase injection and the number of GFAP-positive cells was decreased by Radix Astragali [(368±3)/mm 2, P< 0.05]. After 72 h, GFAP-positive cell attenuated (342±5)/mm 2 and was enhanced by Radix Astragali [(352± 4)/mm 2, P<0.05]. CONCLUSION: The regulatory effect of Radix Astragali on astrocytes may be one of its mechanisms in repairing nervous functions after cerebral hemorrhage.
