摘要
针对石英砂塑性差对其进行改性处理 ,并研究改性后塑性增强的机理 ,探索出一套适合利用石英砂采用可塑成型生产高性能烧结砖的工艺条件 :球磨时间 2 4h、含水量约 2 9%、pH =9和增塑剂添加量为 5 % ,结果表明 :制出的烧结砖的抗压强度达到 18.972 1MPa,超过了GB5 10 1 93中规定的MU15 (15 .0MPa)。
The paper studies means of improving character of low plasticity quartz sands and mechanisms of raising its plasticity, we receive a set of suitable technology condition on using quartz sands to prepare high function sintering brick by plastic shaping, grind time is 24 hours, water content is 29%,pH=9 and plasticizer content is 5%.The result shows that the sintering compressive strength adds up to 18.9721MPa,which exceeds MU15(15.0MPa)of the China Standard.
