摘要
目的 探讨仙人掌总黄酮的提取方法及其对小白鼠的镇痛作用。方法 采用醇提取 ,用氯仿、乙酸乙酯和正丁醇萃取 ,再用大孔树脂吸附及硅胶柱层析 ,洗脱、浓缩、干燥、得到总黄酮 ,将其配制成溶液。对小鼠进行扭体法和温浴法镇痛实验。结果 经化学定性分析初步表明 ,仙人掌含有黄酮类化合物 ,其镇痛作用与阿斯匹林和生理盐水比较 :扭体法 χ2 分别为 4.2 8,14 .5 4,P <0 .0 5或 0 .0 1;温浴法P均 <0 .0 1。结论 仙人掌含有黄酮类化合物 ,对小鼠具有镇痛作用。
Objective To investigate the ex tr action of total flavone from Opuntia dillenii Haw and the analgesic effect of to tal flavone on mice. Methods The total flavone were extracted by alcoholization. And the chloroform, ethyl acctate and n-butyl alcohol were also used for extracton agents. Then the big hole resin was used fo r absorption and silica gel column chromatography, the total flavone were obtain ed through the procedures of elution, condensation, drying. After that the solut ion were made out from them. The writhing tests and lukewarm bath procedures had been done on mice. Results The chemical quanti tative analysis showed that Opuntia dillenii Haw had flavonoid chemical compound . The comparison of the analgesic effects to aspirin and normal saline suggested : in writhing tests, the χ2 were 4.28 and 14.54, respectively, P<0.05 or 0.01; and in lukewarm bath procedure, all P<0.01. Conclusio n Opuntia dillenii Haw contains flavonoid chemical compound and has analgesic effect on mice.
