摘要
分析了柴油机曲轴表面强化工艺的研究现状 ,比较各自工艺的优缺点 ,指出对于高速大功率柴油机曲轴的表面强化以渗氮处理为最佳 ,提出了校正曲轴渗氮变形的方法。
The current research on surface strengthening for diesel crankshafts was analyzed and merits and demerits of various strengthening processes were compared.It is indicated that with surface strengthenings for crankshafts of heavy high speed diesels,the nitriding is the best.The measures to straighten distorion of the nitrided crankshafts have also becn suggested.
