摘要
传统的暂态稳定性分析方法难以反映电力系统故障的随机特性。暂态稳定评估的概率方法是对传统方法的重要补充,但其计算量较大。文章通过分析故障切除时间的统计特性和不同类型故障的严重程度提出了基于归一化暂态能量函数的暂态稳定性概率评估策略。该策略只需对系统中的一小部分严重故障进行暂态稳定性计算,因而能够极大地提高暂态稳定概率分析的效率。文章通过新英格兰10机39节点典型系统的算例说明了该评估策略的有效性和实用性。
It is difficult for conventional transient stability assessment method to reflect the stochastic property of power system faults. The probabilistic method for transient stability assessment is an important supplement to conventional method, but its calculation burden is too heavy. By means of analyzing the statistical property of the fault clearing time and the order of severity of different types of faults, a probabilistic assessment strategy of transient stability based on normalized transient energy function (NEF) is proposed in which the transient stability calculation of only a fraction of severe faults have to be conducted, so that the efficiency of transient stability probabilistic analysis can be improved remarkably. The results of calculation example of typical New England 10-machine 39- bus system show that the proposed assessment strategy is effective and practical.
