摘要
简要阐述软件能力成熟度模型(CMM,capabilitymaturitymodel)/TSP(teamsoftwareprocess)/PSP(personalsoftwareprocess)体系的来源、内容、应用及意义,以包括单纯的软件生产和嵌入式软件生产的中小型软件企业为研究出发点,分析了我国软件企业生产能力在面对国际竞争压力的形势下的发展状况,对于如何实施CMM以帮助软件企业对软件工程过程进行管理和改进,提升软件企业市场竞争力的具体问题,提出了行之有效的解决方案。
The origin, contents, application and significance of CMM/PSP/TSP system are presented, then the situation of IT development in our country on the basis of small and middle software enterprises is analysed. Furthermore, a thorough inquiry of the conduct problems which CMM/PSP/TSP has confronted is made in order to bring forward some opinions and solutions to these problems.
