摘要
合作性学习是有指导性地使用小组教学,让学生们在一起学习,从而使所有学生的学习效果最大化。成人学习者由于其在社会和家庭中身份的多重性,表现为学习心理特点的复杂性,有来自不同方面的学习需求,也呈现出多元化的学习动机。如果能在有限的课堂时间内,通过小组或全班活动,创造适合成人的合作性学习情境,教师作为一个成员参与讨论,成为学生平等的对话者,那么,友好的课堂氛围、平等和谐的合作伙伴关系将有助于激励成人的学习动机,培养他们的学习自信心和参与感,提高成人学习者的学习积极性。
In cooperative learning,students study in groups with teacher's direction,so that all the students have best study effects.Adult learners play mulriple roles in both society and families,and they represent complicated characteristic of learning mentality.They have diversiform learning demand,so their learning motivation is also multi ply.In the limited class time,we can creat cooperative learning situation which fits adult learners,carry out panel learning activities,and regard teachers as equal dialogists who can participate in the activities.Such friendly class atmosphere and harmonious cooperative relationship will help to inspire adult learning motivation, encourage their self-confidence and participation in learning,and improve their learning enthusiasm.
