摘要
高校毕业生分配制度的改革,逐渐把大学毕业生(包括高职毕业生)推向人才市场,使高校毕业生就业形势呈现出新的特点,从而促使高校毕业生就业工作职能部门的职责发生了新变化,并赋予高校毕业生就业指导工作更加艰巨的使命,同样也对高校毕业生就业工作者的素质提出新的更高的要求。高职教育是我国高等教育的重要组成部分,研究高校毕业生就业指导人员问题,也就包括了高职院校的就业教育问题。
With the further reform of college graduate assignment system, a few of new characters of college graduate employment situation arise. Graduate is pushed into the market gradually and employment instruction function also have some new change. New hard mission will be endowed to this work. Accordingly employment instructor ability should be get improved.Higher Vocational education is the major component of college education. The study of the work of its employment instructor is the part of vocational college administration.
