摘要
运用窄径柱分离和二极管阵列紫外检测对硝基安定血药浓度进行反相高效液相色谱法测定 ,同时将该方法用于 2 6例婴儿痉挛症患者的用药指导。本方法在 4 0 μg·L-1,10 0 μg·L-1,2 0 0 μg·L-1的三种标准浓度血样时的平均回收率为 10 2 9% ,RSD为 4 9%。最低检测浓度为 4 μg·L-1;对 2 6例婴儿痉挛症患者的血药浓度测定结果表明本检测方法临床适用性较好 ,RP -HPLC法测定血清硝基安定浓度适用于临床应用。
A HPLC method with a narrow-pore column and a diode-array detector was established for the determination of nitrazepam in human serum. The method was used for the drug application monitoring in 26 neonatal convulsion patients. The average recovery was 102.9% and RSD was 4.9% when the concentrations of standard blood sample were 40μg·L -1, 100μg·L -1 and 200μg·L -1 respectively. The detection limit was 4μg·L -1. The method was applied in the therapeutic drug monitoring of 26 patients and the result showed that the method was suitable for clinical application.
