摘要
目的探讨废水中痕量间苯二酚测定的新方法。方法根据间苯二酚在NH3-NH4Cl介质中能灵敏地抑制Fe3+催化过氧化氢氧化溴酚红褪色的反应原理,用动力学光度法测定痕量间苯二酚并探讨了最佳反应条件。结果缓冲溶液、溴酚红溶液、H2O2溶液、Fe3+溶液的最佳用量分别为1.5、3.5、0.5、0.2ml。反应温度为75℃,反应时间为4min。该方法测定间苯二酚的线性范围为0.16~2.6μg/ml,检出限为0.054μg/ml,RSD为2.5%。结论该方法用于环境废水中间苯二酚测定,简便、灵敏。
Objective To establish a new spectrophotometry for determination of trace resorcin. Methods Resorcin can inhibit discolouring reaction of bromophenol red induced by H2O2 ,which is catalyzed by Fe(Ⅲ) in NH3-NH4Cl medium. Results The detection limit of this method was 0.054 μg/ml, linear range was 0.16-2.6 μg/ml, the optimum reaction temperature was 75℃ and the optimum reaction time was 4 min. Conclusion The present method is simple, accurate and can be used to determine trace resorcin in waste water.
