概述了镀锌钢板和铝合金这两种新兴工业材料的点焊工艺特点及点焊电极的强化工艺最新进展。重点介绍了稀土硼钛共渗、深冷处理和机械合金化生成TiB2/Cu电极的制备工艺和原理,并提出了提高电极寿命新技术的研究趋势。
The spot welding characteristics for two kinds of new industrial materials (galvanized steels and aluminum alloy) and the latest research on the strengthening of electrodes are summarized. The processes and theories of copper alloy electrodes fabricated by RE-B-Ti penetration, cryogenic treatment and mechanical alloying method are introduced indetail. The development tendency on increasing electrode life is discused.
