摘要
采用MoO3 、磷酸、氢氧化钙制得磷钼酸钙 ,利用XRD、IR、DSC和TG对其进行了表征 ;将磷钼酸钙作为阻燃抑烟剂加入到PVC中 ,并与常用的阻燃抑烟剂Sb2 O3 、MoO3 、Al (OH ) 3 等对照。结果表明 ,加入了磷钼酸钙的PVC材料的氧指数达到 2 7 1% ,有焰燃烧的烟密度为 2 97,无焰燃烧的烟密度为 3 5 1,具有良好的阻燃抑烟性能 。
Calcium phosphomolybdate was prepared from MoO3, phosphoric acid and calcium hydroxide, and the prepared product was characterized by means of XRD?IR?DSC and TG. The prepared calcium phosphomolybdate was applied to PVC as flame retardant and smoke suppressant, and compared with Sb 2O 3, MoO 3 and Al(OH) 3. The results indicated that the addition of calcium phosphomolybdate made the IO of PVC come up to 27.1 %, the smoke densities were 297 and 351 for flame burning test and non-flame burning test respectively, which showed calcium phosphomolybdate had good flame retardancy and smoke suppression, had better compatibility with polymer materials, and the mechanical properties of the polymer change a little.
