摘要
轴流风机设计就其气流轴向速度和速度环量的分布规律而言,有等环量和变环量两种。本文在分析变环量速度分布规律的基础上,在微型高速风机研制中尝试进行变环量直叶型的设计实践,并具效率高、噪声低、制造工艺简单等。
According to the distribution rule of the air axial velocity and its circulation, there are two methods opplicable to the design of the axial flow fan --equal circulation and variable circulation. In this paper, the authors attempt to experiment on the variable circulation straight blade design in a miniature high-speed axial fan, based on the analysis of the velocity distribution rule of the variable circulation method. The results show that the fan's efficiency is high, its noise level is rather low and its manufacturing techingue is very simple. Therefore, this method should be of some reference value to the future design of the same type of fans.
