摘要
本文论述了利用计算机和光纤通信技术,开发微机光纤短线分相电流纵差保护的实施要点,并利用电力系统机—网电磁暂态仿真程序,对典型系统进行了仿真计算,提出了基于最小二乘原理的短数据窗快速数字滤波方案。文中对目前各种电流差动保护判据作了分析比较,提出了适用于超高压短线快速保护的判据,并考虑了线路两侧数据传输的同步问题。仿真考核结果表明:本文提出的方案具有灵敏度高、速度快、精度高、计算量小的特点,能适应系统各种运行状态并能承受较高过渡电阻的需求。
This paper discusses the key point of developing seperate-phasec urrent differential protection for short lines with amicrocomputer and optic fiber communication technology. Also simulation of a typical system is carried out with the power system's Machine-Network-Digital-Simulation-Program. And a fast short-data-window digital filtering program based on the least-square method is also presented. In addition, with the analysis and comparison of all sorts of current differential protection algorithms, an algorithms suitable for EHV short- line high speed protection is achieved. The paper also discusses the synchronous question of data transmission. The simulation result shows that the scheme presented in this paper has the advantages of high sensitivity, high speed, high precision and minimum calculation work. It can meet the requirments of all kinds of system conditions and high line-to-ground resistance.
